This Privacy Policy applies to cmstechnosolutions.com, operated by CMS Techno Solutions (“CMS Techno Solutions”, “we”, “us”), a web development and AI solutions studio based in Colombo, Sri Lanka. • Project inquiries. When you use the “Let's build something” contact flow, we collect what you choose to share about your project (project type, scope, budget range, timeline) along with your name, email address, and any other contact details you provide.

If you email us at hello@cmstechnosolutions.com, message us on WhatsApp, or reach out through LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, or TikTok, we receive whatever information is included in that message and the associated account/contact details (such as your email address or phone number).
• No automatic tracking. This site does not use cookies, analytics scripts, or third-party advertising trackers. We do not collect browsing behavior, device fingerprints, or usage analytics.

We use the information you provide to:

• Respond to your project inquiry and discuss scope, timeline, and pricing
• Communicate with you about an ongoing or prospective engagement
• Keep records of client communications for our own business purposes

We do not sell, rent, or share your information with third parties for marketing purposes. A real person reads and responds to every inquiry. We do not use your information to train AI models or for automated profiling.

If you contact us or we contact you via WhatsApp, that conversation is subject to WhatsApp's own privacy policy and terms, in addition to this one. We use WhatsApp solely to communicate directly with current and prospective clients about their projects. We do not send unsolicited marketing messages, and we do not share your WhatsApp contact details with third parties.

We retain project inquiries and client communications for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to your inquiry, deliver a project, and maintain business records (including for tax and legal purposes). You can ask us to delete your information at any time; see Your rights below.

We do not share your personal information with third parties, except:

• Where required by law, regulation, or legal process
• With service providers who help us operate (such as our email or hosting provider), bound to only use your information to provide that service
